Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, we do! Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan for your convenience. You can pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
02. Shipment
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our products are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver borders and certain non-stick cookware should be washed by hand to maintain their shine and durability. You can find detailed care instructions on each product page.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation message or email with a tracking number and link. You can use that link to check your order’s delivery status anytime.
03. The order
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location. Major cities may receive orders earlier, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 3–5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact our support team and we’ll arrange a quick replacement or refund.
04. Returns, exchanges and complaints
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
